- CHAPTER 413 EMPLOYMENT AND RELATED SERVICES FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
Effective on the effective date of this act, for the purposes of effecting compliance with the Vocational Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, the Department of Education is designated the official state agency.
