Fla. Stat. § 413.371: Independent living program; establishment and administration.

The division shall establish and administer an independent living program that will provide any appropriate rehabilitation services or other services to enhance the ability of persons who have significant disabilities to live independently and function within their communities and, if appropriate, to secure and maintain employment.
