Fla. Stat. § 420.5295: Applicability.

To the extent that provisions of this part are not inconsistent with contract provisions under the Rural Land Acquisition and Site Development Act, the Farmworker Housing Assistance Act, and the Community-Based Organization Loan Program, the provisions of this part shall apply to the disposition of lands acquired by the state as a result of the default on loans under such programs.
