Fla. Stat. § 43.18: Money paid into court; withdrawal.

No moneys deposited as provided in s. 43.17, shall be withdrawn except on the voucher or check signed by the clerk of the court if the court has an authorized clerk and if not, by the judge. Every voucher or check shall state the cause in or on account of which it is drawn.
