Fla. Stat. § 440.515: Reports from self-insurers; confidentiality.

The department shall maintain the reports filed in accordance with former s. 440.51(6)(b) as confidential and exempt from the provisions of s. 119.07(1), and such reports shall be released only for bona fide research or educational purposes or after receipt of consent from the employer.
