Fla. Stat. § 456.042: Practitioner profiles; update.

A practitioner must submit updates of required information within 15 days after the final activity that renders such information a fact. The Department of Health shall update each practitioner’s practitioner profile periodically. An updated profile is subject to the same requirements as an original profile.
