Fla. Stat. § 462.09: Disposition of fees.

All fees received under this chapter shall be deposited into the Medical Quality Assurance Trust Fund. The Legislature shall appropriate funds from this trust fund sufficient to carry out the provisions of this chapter. The department shall prepare and submit a proposed budget in accordance with law.
