Fla. Stat. § 465.0161: Distribution of medicinal drugs without a permit.

An Internet pharmacy that distributes a medicinal drug to any person in this state without being permitted as a pharmacy under this chapter commits a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
