- CHAPTER 468 MISCELLANEOUS PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS
Upon a final order of the court directing that payment be made out of the Auctioneer Recovery Fund, the board shall, subject to the provisions of this part, make the payment out of the Auctioneer Recovery Fund as provided in s. 468.395.
