Fla. Stat. § 468.802: Authority to adopt rules.

The board shall adopt rules pursuant to ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to implement the provisions of this part, including rules relating to standards of practice for orthotists, orthotic fitters, orthotic fitter assistants, pedorthists, prosthetists, and residents.
