Fla. Stat. § 479.313: Permit revocation and cancellation; cost of removal.

All costs incurred by the department in connection with the removal of a sign located within a controlled area adjacent to the State Highway System, interstate highway system, or federal-aid primary highway system following the revocation or cancellation of the permit for such sign shall be assessed against and collected from the permittee.
