Fla. Stat. § 501.914: Cancellation of registration.

The department may cancel any registration after due notice and opportunity to be heard if it finds the antifreeze is adulterated or mislabeled or that the registration has failed to comply with any of the provisions of this act or the rules promulgated pursuant to this act.
