- CHAPTER 506 STAMPED OR MARKED CONTAINERS AND BASKETS
Any person who violates any of the provisions of ss. 506.501-506.519 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
