- CHAPTER 513 MOBILE HOME AND RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PARKS
The department is the exclusive regulatory and permitting authority for sanitary and permitting standards for all mobile home parks, lodging parks, recreational vehicle parks, and recreational camps in accordance with this chapter.
