Fla. Stat. § 525.02: Analyses of petroleum fuel.

The department shall collect samples of any petroleum fuel sold, offered, or exposed for sale in this state. Collected samples will be analyzed by the department. The certificate of analysis by the department shall be prima facie evidence in any court of law or equity in this state.
