Fla. Stat. § 553.954: Adoption of standards.

The Department of Business and Professional Regulation shall adopt, modify, revise, update, and maintain the Florida Energy Conservation Standards to implement the provisions of this part and amendments thereto in accordance with the procedures of chapter 120.
