- CHAPTER 559 REGULATION OF TRADE, COMMERCE, AND INVESTMENTS, GENERALLY
A violation of this act shall be deemed an unfair or deceptive trade practice within the meaning of part II of chapter 501. Violators shall be subject to the penalties and remedies provided therein.
