Fla. Stat. § 565.07: Sale or consumption of certain distilled spirits prohibited.

A distilled spirit greater than 153 proof may not be sold or consumed in the state. However, a distilled spirit greater than 153 proof may be distilled, bottled, packaged, or processed for export or sale outside the state.
