- CHAPTER 568 INTOXICATING LIQUORS IN COUNTIES WHERE PROHIBITED
For the purposes of this chapter, all liquors, wines, or beer containing more than 6.243 percent of alcohol by volume shall be deemed and held to be intoxicating liquors, wines, or beer and subject to the provisions of this chapter.
