- CHAPTER 570 DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND CONSUMER SERVICES
The commissioner may create an Office of Agriculture Technology Services under the supervision of a senior manager exempt under s. 110.205 in the Senior Management Service. The office shall provide electronic data processing and agency information technology services to support and facilitate the functions, powers, and duties of the department.
