Fla. Stat. § 571.02: Purpose.

The purpose of this part is to authorize the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to adopt seals of quality to be used in advertising and promoting the sale of agricultural products produced in Florida and to provide controls in the use of such seals of quality.
