Fla. Stat. § 578.24: Mixed varieties of seed oats prohibited.

Oats consisting of mixed varieties shall not be sold for planting purposes in this state unless permitted by regulation promulgated by the department upon recommendation of the Florida Agricultural Experiment Station at Gainesville.
