  1. CHAPTER 583 CLASSIFICATION AND SALE OF EGGS AND POULTRY

It is unlawful for any person, as a dealer or broker, to sell or hold for the purpose of sale any eggs or poultry, unless such person possesses a valid food permit issued by the department as prescribed by s. 500.12.
