Fla. Stat. § 583.11: Exemption for interstate egg or poultry shipment.

This chapter does not apply to any shipment of eggs or poultry while the shipment constitutes a bona fide shipment in interstate commerce, but this chapter shall apply at the instant at which the interstate shipment comes to rest within the state, or whenever such interstate shipment loses its character as such.
