  1. CHAPTER 601 FLORIDA CITRUS CODE

The Department of Agriculture or its duly authorized agents have the right to inspect all accounts, records, and memoranda of any citrus fruit dealer required to be kept under this chapter. If any such citrus fruit dealer refuses to permit such inspection, the Department of Agriculture may publish the facts and circumstances and by order suspend the license of the offender until permission to make such inspection is given.
