Fla. Stat. § 601.9912: Penalties.

Any person violating any provisions of this chapter or of the rules or regulations of the Department of Citrus or the Department of Agriculture shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
