Fla. Stat. § 604.05: Standard procedure to be used; cooperation with federal and other agencies.

The methods used in the survey shall be the standard procedures developed by the United States Department of Agriculture now in common use; all correlation work shall be carried out jointly by the regular soil survey inspectors of the United States Department of Agriculture in cooperation with representatives of the state agricultural experiment station.
