Fla. Stat. § 604.07: Analyses of type materials.

Suitable physical, chemical and other analyses of type materials associated with the work of the survey shall be carried out in the laboratories of the Florida Agricultural Experiment Station or of the proper bureau of the United States Department of Agriculture.
