Fla. Stat. § 605.1102: Relation to Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act.

This chapter modifies, limits, and supersedes the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. s. 7001 et seq., but does not modify, limit, or supersede s. 101(c) of that act, 15 U.S.C. s. 7001(c), or authorize electronic delivery of the notices described in s. 103(b) of that act, 15 U.S.C. s. 7003(b). Notwithstanding the foregoing, this chapter does not operate to modify, limit, or supersede any provisions of s. 15.16, s. 116.34, or s. 668.50.
