Fla. Stat. § 617.1808: Application of chapter to corporation converted to nonprofit corporation.

This chapter relating to corporations, except insofar as they are inconsistent with ss. 617.1804-617.18046, applies to any for profit corporation whose character has been changed under ss. 617.1804-617.18046 and shall henceforth govern such corporation.
