TITLE XXXVII INSURANCE
CHAPTER 624 INSURANCE CODE: ADMINISTRATION AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

Each authorized insurer that uses insurance agents in this state shall be liable for and shall pay the state and county taxes required therefor under s. 624.501 or s. 624.505.
