- CHAPTER 624 INSURANCE CODE: ADMINISTRATION AND GENERAL PROVISIONS
Kinds of insurance shall be classified into “lines of insurance.” The commission shall adopt by rule the lines of insurance to be utilized. Such lines of insurance shall be consistent with the reporting requirements of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
