- CHAPTER 625 ACCOUNTING, INVESTMENTS, AND DEPOSITS BY INSURERS
An insurer may invest in any capital participation instrument or evidence of indebtedness issued by the Department of Commerce pursuant to the Florida Small and Minority Business Assistance Act.
