Fla. Stat. § 626.9919: Notice of change of licensee or registrant’s address or name.

Each viatical settlement provider licensee and registered life expectancy provider must provide the office at least 30 days’ advance notice of any change in the licensee’s or registrant’s name, residence address, principal business address, or mailing address.
