Fla. Stat. § 626.9925: Rules.

The commission may adopt rules to administer this act, including rules establishing standards for evaluating advertising by licensees; rules providing for the collection of data, for disclosures to viators, for the reporting of life expectancies, and for the registration of life expectancy providers; and rules defining terms used in this act and prescribing record-keeping requirements relating to executed viatical settlement contracts.
