Fla. Stat. § 627.6736: Filing requirements for out-of-state group policies.

An insurer providing group Medicare supplement insurance benefits to a resident of this state shall file a copy of the master policy and any certificate used in this state in accordance with ss. 627.410 and 627.411, as if the policy were to be issued in this state.
