Fla. Stat. § 627.6746: Compliance with Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Acts.

Each entity that provides Medicare supplement policies or contracts must comply with all provisions of s. 4081 of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1987 (Pub. L. No. 100-203) (OBRA) and the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990 (Pub. L. No. 101-508).
