Fla. Stat. § 627.9907: Noncircumvention.

This part may not be construed to authorize an insurance agent or insurer solely underwriting collateral protection insurance to circumvent the requirements of this part. Any requirement, limitation, or exclusion provided in this part applies to an insurer or insurance agent involved in collateral protection insurance.
