Fla. Stat. § 627.9911: Enforcement; proceedings; penalties.

The office has all rights and powers to enforce the provisions of this part as provided by s. 624.307. All proceedings must be conducted in accordance with chapter 120. Any penalty must be assessed in accordance with s. 624.4211.
