Fla. Stat. § 630.061: Authority to execute trust agreement.

An alien insurer proposing to use Florida as a state of entry to transact business of insurance in the United States, whether or not it is then authorized to transact insurance in this state, is authorized to make and execute any trust agreement required by this chapter.
