Fla. Stat. § 631.813: Application of part.

This part shall apply to HMO contractual obligations to residents of Florida by HMOs possessing a valid certificate of authority issued as provided by part I of chapter 641. The provisions of this part shall not apply to persons participating in medical assistance programs under the Medicaid program.
