Fla. Stat. § 631.928: Florida Workers’ Compensation Insurance Guaranty Association Account.

Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 215.3207, the Florida Workers’ Compensation Insurance Guaranty Association Account is hereby created, to be managed by the Florida Workers’ Compensation Insurance Guaranty Association. Funds shall be credited to the fund as provided in chapter 93-415, Laws of Florida, or similar legislation, to be used for the purposes set forth therein.
