Fla. Stat. § 633.108: State Fire Marshal; chapter and rules; force and effect.

This chapter and all rules promulgated by the State Fire Marshal hereunder shall have the same force and effect in each municipality, county, and special district having firesafety responsibilities as the ordinances of each municipality, county, and special district having firesafety responsibilities and shall be enforceable in the courts in the same manner as such ordinances.
