Fla. Stat. § 633.424: Falsification of qualifications.

An individual who willfully and knowingly falsifies her or his qualifications to the Bureau of Fire Standards and Training of the division commits a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
