Fla. Stat. § 633.442: Buildings, equipment, and other facilities; use.

The division shall have the power to prescribe and shall make the necessary rules for the use of buildings, equipment, and other facilities of the Florida State Fire College when they are not in use for the purposes set forth in this part.
