Fla. Stat. § 634.221: Disposition of taxes and fees.

All license taxes, taxes on premiums and assessments, registration fees, and administrative fines and penalties collected under this act from motor vehicle service agreement companies shall be deposited to the credit of the Insurance Regulatory Trust Fund.
