Fla. Stat. § 634.324: Disposition of taxes and fees.

All license taxes, taxes on premiums, license and appointment fees, and administrative fines and penalties collected under this part from home warranty associations and sales representatives shall be deposited to the credit of the Insurance Regulatory Trust Fund.
