Fla. Stat. § 634.427: Disposition of taxes and fees.

All license fees, taxes on premiums, registration fees, and administrative fines and penalties collected under this part from service warranty associations and sales representatives shall be deposited to the credit of the Insurance Regulatory Trust Fund.
