- CHAPTER 635 MORTGAGE GUARANTY INSURANCE
Mortgage guaranty insurance policies issued for delivery in this state shall contain, as a condition precedent to payment in the event of default, a provision that the insured must restore the property to its condition at the time of issuance of the policy, except for reasonable wear and tear.
