- CHAPTER 636 PREPAID LIMITED HEALTH SERVICE ORGANIZATIONSAND DISCOUNT PLAN ORGANIZATIONS
The commission may adopt rules pursuant to ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to implement the provisions of this act. A violation of any such rule subjects the violator to the provisions of s. 636.048.
